Foundations, TEMPUR-Ergo Adjustable Bases, TEMPUR-Up Foundation

While we do not accept returns on Foundations, TEMPUR-Ergo bases or the TEMPUR-Up Foundation, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. TEMPUR-Ergo Premier has a 5 year full parts and labor warranty with the frame warranted for life.  TEMPUR-Ergo Plus and the TEMPUR-Up Foundation have 3 years full parts and labor coverage with 15- and 25-year limited warranties, respectively.  If you experience problems with your adjustable base or Up Foundation, call us 800-821-6621 to talk to the Tempur-Pedic specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.

Pillows, Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Slippers, Travel & Home Products

Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.

If you bought your Tempur-Pedic product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
